1. The App Is a Media Player Only

StadiumPlayer is a general-purpose media player. It does not contain, provide, host, index, or endorse any media content, playlists, channels, or streams. The App ships “empty” and plays only the content that you, the user, choose to add by entering a stream URL or importing a playlist that you already possess and are authorized to use.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. On first launch, you must also accept the in-app usage disclaimer to proceed.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for the content you access through the App. You agree that:

• You will only play content that you own, have created, have licensed, or are otherwise legally authorized to access.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including copyright and intellectual-property laws.
• You will not use the App to access, stream, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted material without the permission of the rights holder.
• You bear all risk and responsibility arising from the URLs and playlists you provide.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App except as permitted by law.
• Use the App to violate the rights of any third party, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its supporting infrastructure.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with advertising or security features of the App.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

Any streams, playlists, or links you use are provided by third parties or by you, and are not under our control. We do not review, approve, or assume any responsibility for third-party content, its legality, accuracy, or availability. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

6. Advertising

The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising (including via Google AdMob). By using the App, you agree that advertisements may be displayed. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, user interface, and software (excluding any content you provide), is owned by the StadiumPlayer team and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any particular stream will play.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STADIUMPLAYER TEAMBE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP OR ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the StadiumPlayer team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, the content you access, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer-protection rules, and otherwise by generally accepted principles of international law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at stadiumplayer.club/terms. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
