Content Disclaimer & Copyright Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This page describes the nature of StadiumPlayer as a content-free media player and explains how to submit a copyright/intellectual-property concern.
1. StadiumPlayer Contains No Content
StadiumPlayer is a media player only. It does not contain, provide, host, store, index, or endorse any playlists, channels, or copyrighted streams. The application is distributed as an “empty shell”: it plays only the media that an individual user voluntarily supplies by entering a stream URL or importing a playlist they already possess.
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to play through the App and for ensuring they have the legal right to access that content. We do not monitor, verify, or control the URLs or playlists that users add. Any infringement, illegality, or harm arising from user-provided content is the sole responsibility of the user who supplied it.
3. No Affiliation
StadiumPlayer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any content provider, broadcaster, sports league, television network, or rights holder. Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names that may appear in user-supplied content belong to their respective owners.
4. No Storage or Redistribution
The App does not download, record, cache for redistribution, or rebroadcast any media. Playback is a transient, on-device activity initiated by the user. No user-provided playlists or stream URLs are transmitted to our servers.
5. Copyright / DMCA Notices
Because StadiumPlayer hosts no content, there is generally no material on our side to remove. However, we respect intellectual-property rights and take concerns seriously. If you believe that the App itself is being used or marketed in a way that infringes your rights, you may send a notice to contact@stadiumplayer.club including:
- Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A description of the copyrighted work or right you claim has been infringed.
- A clear identification of the material or activity you are concerned about.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include providing information to the relevant app store or third party where applicable.
6. Repeat Infringers
We do not condone the use of the App for infringing purposes. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to credible reports of misuse.
